Timing Chain Issues

One of the most widespread problems with the 2.0 Ingenium engine is timing chain failure. The factory-fitted chain can stretch, rattle and ultimately snap – leaving you with a non-starting vehicle and potentially catastrophic engine damage.

• High oil consumption

Turbo Replacement

Turbocharger failure is another known issue on the 2.0 Ingenium engine. The Wet Belt Tech carry out full turbo replacements and can diagnose the root cause to prevent repeat failure.

Common turbo failure symptoms include:
